Peer Support Groups

Peer Support Sessions
Parents involved with children social services can access our peer support sessions, where they can meet other parents in similar situation. The groups offer safe space where people can come together for activities, a cup of tea, to share their experiences and just to be for each other.

There are currently three support groups running:

1. Crafts and Chatter Wellbeing group (women only)
2. WRAP and Mindfulness (women and men)
3. Creative Dads Wellbeing group (men only)
There are no special requirements to access our group, however you must be able to adhere to our ground rules - such as confidentiality, boundaries and showing respect to each other.

These are not drop-in groups - please contact us for more information.
