Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a mind-body approach to well-being. It combines meditation, breathing techniques and paying attention to the present moment.

 

The regular practice of mindfulness can help you to:

 

  • Reduce stress and feelings of anxiety

  • Help you understand and deal with your emotions in a healthier way

  • Boost your immune system

  • Improve your ability to concentrate

  • Improve your memory

  • Develop your self-confidence

 

The sessions are led by a qualified minfulness teacher and yoga coach Pat Hanley BSc. Dip S.W.
