Wellbeing

Mothers, fathers and grandparents can find it helpful to share experiences, especially when they realise that they are not the only ones going through child protection and care proceedings.

We provide a safe and caring environment for parents and grandparents to meet others who are experiencing similar difficulties. The kettle is always on!

What we can do for you:

Wellbeing support

  • Provided by qualified practitioners; individual and group sessions

Mindfulness

  • Guided Practice; individual or group sessions (with a qualified Mindfulness Practitioner)

Trusted by Families and Professionals

"It gives you support, there’s somebody there I can freely talk to, who does listen. Meeting other parents helps, I find out what’s happened to them and I feel that I’m not the only one going through all of this."
